If I like, share or comment on another user's post and as a result get NetCoins , and that user decides to delete their post, I will also lose my NetCoins as a result of the being deleted post or not?

No bro, no need to worry, only the points of the author of the post are removed when he deletes his post, while the points of users who liked, commented or shared in the meantime are kept regardless of the deleted post
